Naj Alidina is the CEO and Founder of Solutions by Interact Ltd, an international sales consultancy that specialises in working with companies to execute sales strategy. With over 25 years of experience, he has worked with numerous global sales organisations to help deliver high-level sales performance improvement. The company was founded in 1985.
Naj has worked extensively throughout the USA, Europe, Asia Paciﬁc, Middle East and South America. His unique coaching led approach in developing sales people has resulted in clients’ beneﬁtting from signiﬁcant return on investment ranging from £2m to £200m.
Naj specialises in running ‘live’ opportunity based coaching workshops developing individuals who need to reach C Level (CEO/CFO/COO etc) consistently. His coaching focuses on ‘Selling to C level’, ‘Hunting’ and ‘Sales Leadership’ to help win business with large corporates and SMEs. In addition to this, Naj runs a variety of sales conferences providing entertainment and motivational content to small and large audiences.
For the last 10 years, Naj has spent a considerable amount of time working in the IT/Telecom industry with a variety of blue chip names. His expertise also extends into investment banking, legal, hospitality, travel, construction and medical sectors.
In 2010 Naj became an Ambassador for Opportunity International, a charitable organisation specialising in microﬁnance in Sub-Saharan Africa. Naj is an active member, raising awareness as well as providing funding and valuable expertise.
